Session Description

Recognition and feedback only drive performance when they're delivered consistently, specifically, and in a way that builds trust.

As organizations head into mid-year reviews and performance conversations, many People leaders face a common challenge: ensuring managers have the skills, confidence, and frameworks to deliver meaningful feedback while creating a consistent employee experience across teams.

In this interactive session, we'll explore how leading organizations are strengthening manager effectiveness through better recognition and feedback practices.
