Natasha Molina serves as Manager, People Business Partnership for Employ, the parent brand to JazzHR, Lever, Jobvite, and NXTThing RPO, overseeing strategic support on all HR-related initiatives and operational efficiencies in the organization. In her role, she provides expertise, guidance, and coaching to leaders, builds and maintains employee culture and morale, and acts as a change agent related to people-related initiatives. She has more than 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with expertise in recruitment, talent development, and employee relations and engagement. Outside the office, Natasha serves as Treasurer of the Board for Open Up Pittsburgh and Secretary of ALPHA Pittsburgh, helping advance equity and diversity practices in her hometown.
Ida has deep experience in People Operations, spending time at IBM, Deloitte, HP, Uber, Impossible Foods and now at Deel in supporting the overall People team with a focus on Go-to-Market business and talent strategy. Ida has expertise in strategic change and communications, organizational effectiveness strategies, technology adoption, learning and talent development, and human resource management. She lives in California and with Deel helps guide people and leaders on how to take full advantage of opportunities available from an expanded talent pool through working from anywhere.
Jason is Founder and CEO of Bucketlist Rewards - one of the leading employee recognition platforms. Jason believes in the importance of employee appreciation that helps companies create success by motivating people to grow and thrive.
