Chief Human Resources Officer, Rochelle Sjoberg, has over twenty-five years of experience in HR. Rochelle joined the EBCH team in 2000 and leads her department with the best interest of EBCH always at the forefront. She is an employee advocate and a resource, proud of our recognition program, and recently finalized a complete payroll and benefit upgrade. Rochelle enjoys traveling, RV camping, and spending time with her family and friends in her free time.
Jodi is the Marketing and Communications Team Leader at Ely-Bloomenson Community Hospital. As part of the HR Team, she contributed significantly to developing the employee rewards and recognition program since EBCH started to explore options. Seeing the positive changes in staff morale has brought Jodi great organizational and personal satisfaction for being part of the project. When not working on their recognition program, she also write grants, manages patient satisfaction, and works on our marketing and communications.
With a background in Physical Therapy and over 13 years of clinical experience, Zach brings vital knowledge and expertise to Cameron Memorial Community Hospital. While working closely with the Rehabilitation, Customer Service, and Patient Experience teams, Zach strives to create a positive atmosphere for associates to serve and patients to receive the best care possible. Zach is grateful for the opportunity to serve the needs of others while working as part of a team. When not at the hospital, you can find Zach exercising or enjoying the outdoors with his wife and family.
